Pregnancy And Birth

gebelik takibi ve doğum

The purpose of pregnancy follow-up is to protect the health of the mother throughout the pregnancy and to ensure that the baby is born in good health. Pregnancy follow-up begins as soon as the diagnosis of pregnancy is made. About 2 weeks after the diagnosis of pregnancy with blood and urine tests, the gestational sac can be seen with ultrasound. During this period, ectopic pregnancy is checked by checking whether the gestational sac is in the uterus. After about 1-2 weeks, the baby’s heartbeat can be detected by vaginal ultrasound. Then, blood and urine tests are done to determine the general condition of the mother. It is determined whether there is a risk for diabetes, thyroid disease and blood incompatibility.
